Texas Family Law Appeals — Affordable Flat Fee Representation

When a family court decision is wrong, you deserve a fair chance to correct it. At The Palmer Law Firm, we focus on Texas family law appeals and offer clients a flat fee structure that takes the uncertainty out of the process.
Too often, people who have strong grounds for appeal never move forward—either because the cost is unpredictable or because they are already financially drained from trial. Our flat-fee appellate services are designed to solve both problems.

Transparent Flat Fee Pricing for Appeals in Texas
Our family law appeals attorneys handle appellate work statewide on a fixed-fee basis:
  • Appeal up to 3 separate issues: $13,000
  • Defend an appeal of up to 3 issues: $11,000
  • Each additional appellate issue (pursuing or defending): $3,000
  • Petition or response before the Texas Supreme Court: $8,500
  • Mandamus proceedings (pursuing or contesting): $9,500
No hidden costs. No hourly surprises. Just straightforward pricing so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 1: Initial Consultation
Not every case is right for appeal. That’s why we start with a focused initial consultation for a flat fee of $375.
In this session, we’ll evaluate whether your case presents the kind of legal error that can be challenged on appeal.
If your case shows merit, we may require a small retainer to review the trial record in detail. Any retainer paid will be credited toward the flat-fee services above if we proceed.

Why Choose The Palmer Law Firm for Your Appeal?
  • Statewide appellate experience in divorce, custody, property division, and support orders.
  • Flat fee billing so you can plan financially with confidence.
  • Proven advocacy designed to identify legal errors and present the strongest possible appellate arguments.
  • Accessible legal help for clients across Texas, not just those in major cities.

Take Action Today
If you believe the trial court made a mistake in your divorce, custody, or support case, time is limited. Don’t let the opportunity for correction slip away.
